A murder in an alternate 1985 America sparks an unlikely reunion among a group of retired superheroes. Once celebrated and now largely forgotten, the group reluctantly begins an investigation into their comrade’s death. As they unravel the mystery, they uncover a conspiracy with connections to the highest levels of power. The investigation forces them to confront old betrayals and the cost of their former lives as heroes.
